I decided it would be fun to have a class pet. I was originally thinking that a hermit crab would be fun but when I went to Pet Smart the lady told me they can die easily. Well I can't have a pet that will die or else I may have some sad little kiddos. So then she showed me the cutest little yellow belly frog. She then proceeds to tell me that they contain Samonella. This will not work! So she brings out this ugly little pack man toad. I'm thinking this is the one until she tells me they live for 35 years and become the size of a dinner plate, and you have to feed them rats! Well to finish the story I chose to get two Beta Fish. Something that is pretty low maintenance and that I can replace at Walmart if I have to early in the morning. They do not have names yet but we will submit names for them at our Open House on August 29th.
